Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your VNU Collective purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unworn and unused
  • Have the original tags attached
  • Be in its original garment packaging when applicable
  • Include the original SKU/product packaging when applicable
  • Be in its original condition

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

Final Sale Items

For hygiene and product-safety reasons, certain products are final sale and cannot be returned.

Final sale items include:

  • Swimwear
  • Bodysuits
  • Intimates
  • Jewelry
  • Face masks
  • Beauty products

Please review the product listing before purchasing to determine whether an item is final sale.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time.

If you would like a different size, color, or style, you may return an eligible item according to our return policy and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and provide instructions for the next steps.

Return Requests

Please contact VNU Collective before sending anything back. Do not send merchandise to an address provided by a supplier unless instructed to do so.

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions for the return process.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow your payment provider additional processing time for the refund to appear on your account.

Important

Because products are fulfilled through our suppliers, return requirements must be followed carefully. Returns that do not meet the requirements above may be refused or may not qualify for a refund.
